Therapeutic Support

Rooted in Creativity. Informed by Experience. Designed for Connection.

Therapy is more than talking. It’s about feeling, expressing, and reconnecting with yourself in a supported way. In my therapeutic practice, I use a blend of:

Creative Arts Therapy,

Polyvagal Theory (Understanding the Nervous System),

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Are you seeking a soulful, creative space to uncover what’s beneath the surface — and to create meaningful shifts from within? This isn’t about analysing yourself from a distance. It’s about inviting your mind, body, and imagination to work together — so you can feel, see, and understand yourself in a new way. It’s a space where your inner world can unfold, where patterns become visible, and where gentle, meaningful change can begin.

You might be wondering… what exactly are these different therapies?

Lets have a closer look below

Creative Arts Therapy

Polyvagal Theory

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Have you ever thought, “I just can’t find the words to express it”? The arts can hold what’s hard to say. They give you a way to express the unsayable, explore your inner world, and uncover personal insights.

You don’t need any artistic skill — it’s about expression, not perfection. We might use art materials, movement, sound, or gestures. Alongside the creative work, I guide a gentle inquiry process, reflecting together on what emerges. This helps deepen understanding and supports your healing journey.

Our nervous system often runs the show before we even realise it. It shapes how we feel, think, and connect. Your body is constantly picking up on signals of safety or danger — kind of like a built-in radar working quietly in the background.

These signals influence how you show up: sometimes open and calm, other times shut down or on edge. When we learn to tune into these body cues and gently work with them, we can find steadiness, build a sense of safety in the body, and begin to trust ourselves more deeply.

When we befriend our nervous system, we can regulate ourselves and begin to imagine a new way of being.

Although it sounds like it, this is not a family therapy. This is about YOU. And your INNER family/parts.

IFS is a gentle way of exploring your inner world. It recognises that we all have different “parts” — like the protective parts that keep us safe, the wounded parts that hold pain, and the core Self that offers compassion and clarity.

By getting to know these parts with curiosity and care, we can build trust within ourselves and create more inner harmony. Instead of pushing parts away, we learn to listen, understand, and work with them — allowing real change to unfold from the inside out.
