Your Nervous System - The foundation of how you think, feel, and respond.

I draw on Rhythm of Regulation (Deb Dana), using simple “maps” to help you notice your own patterns of activation, regulation, and shutdown. Together, we begin to track what happens in your body, what supports a sense of safety, and what might move you out of it.

Through this process, you can begin to recognise your states, understand your responses, and develop ways of supporting yourself that feel more grounded, flexible, and connected.

Sessions are available for 60 or 90 minutes - Online.
