An integrated approach:
-
Creative Arts Psycotherapy
A transformative approach that harnesses the creative process to explore emotions, experiences, and inner parts that are often beyond words. Through image, movement, metaphor, and symbolism, creative arts psychotherapy opens pathways to healing, meaning-making, and profound self-discovery. It can support trauma recovery and emotional expression in a safe, creative space. No art skills are needed—only a willingness to be curious.
This service is available for self- and plan-managed participants with NDIS funding.

-
Polyvagal Theory (Autonomic Nervous System)
Using a polyvagal-informed approach to support nervous system awareness and healing. Together, we explore patterns of regulation and dysregulation, and gently build a greater sense of safety, resilience, and self-awareness—using body-based and creative practices tailored to your needs. Drawing on the work of Dr. Stephen Porges and Deb Dana, and informed by the Rhythm of Regulation framework and training.
-
Internal Family Systems (IFS)-Informed Approach
IFS helps us understand the different “parts” within us—each holding emotions, beliefs, and protective roles shaped by our life experiences. Through an IFS-informed lens, I support clients to explore these inner parts with curiosity, creativity, and care, fostering greater self-awareness, regulation, and healing.
I integrate foundational principles of IFS with art therapy and somatic approaches, offering a gentle and holistic path toward inner connection and transformation
